(More customer reviews)Bought it for the $7 price but will end up throwing it in a yard sale for a quarter.The handset falls off the base at the slightest bump and is awkwardly thin, the base is light and is pulled off the nightstand when you answer the phone because the cord is too short (forget about handing the phone to the person on the other side of the bed -you have to hand them the whole phone and then it slides off it's base and folds down flat), the ring tone is a horrible digital song that can't be changed, I can hear the phone ring 3 times in the other room before this set rings, the display can't be read at night (it's black on grey and not backlit), and I discovered how important it is to have the dial buttons on the handset and not on the base - I won't make that mistake again.
